Returned and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy- product may be returned due to shipping damage or manufacture defects within 30 days from receipt for exchange of like design. If design is no longer available, customer may choose a replacement design not to exceed the cost of the original item purchased. Refunds will be provided in case of order error. Items must be returned in good condition, in original box or bag, with all paperwork, labels, and parts to ensure full credit. Order error refunds will be issued in the same manner as the order was paid.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

At checkout, Grilltenders provides you the option of using UPS or US Postal shipping for your orders. Orders will ship within 2 days of order placement assuming payment has cleared.
